Rev. Wilson Piggs and his wife Ms. Almeta have always loved to bake. They were well known in the community for there delicious pies, cakes, irresistible cookies, and tasty treats. Whenever there was a celebration, Their baked goods were always an anticipated treat.
In 1973, their children convinced them to share their magical baking talents with the community-at-large. Almeta never thought about opening a business; she just loved to bake. But, in the summer of 2005, tragedy struck the family and Betty helped her mom open the doors of PF Sweets. Ever since, PF Sweets has been a much treasured fixture in Jackson, Ms. Consistent quality, a warm atmosphere, and plenty of cookie samples for the little ones have made their Bakery the favorite place for tasty treats in Mississippi. In fact, many of the family's frequent visitors have been enjoying their baked goods since childhood. Now, along with their own children, the tradition continues.
